    We offer free shipping within the continental U.S.

    Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

    You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

  • Due to the handcrafted nature of our arrangements, exact replication of vases or flowers might not be possible.

    Substitutions may occur based on seasonality or market conditions, but we ensure they will be of equal or greater value and will preserve the original design style, theme, and color scheme.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at info@thelovegardenfl.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly.

  • We offer a 7-day return policy. Items must be in the same condition received, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, email us at info@thelovegardenfl.com with your order number, item details, and reason for the return.

    Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if the refund is approved.

    Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

    (Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.)
